This is an incredible tool!

It offers relevant slides of the significant cultural/historical event with text describing what the photos are depicting. Some examples include Auschwitz  Apartheid (signs) with Nelson Mandela, among many more subjects. Google Cultural Institute will definitely compliment student research, and importantly,  I think will quickly engage students in their respective subject research.

This is a tool that I wish I had known about before. Please share with your colleagues.
